Second-Year Miller School Student Named to UM Board of Trustees
Leah Colucci, a second-year student at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, has been named to the student trustee position in the university’s Board of Trustees.

Colucci, who is in the Miller School’s M.D./M.S. program, is seeking a master’s degree in genomic medicine in addition to a medical degree.
As a Foote Fellow, Colucci graduated cum laude from UM in 2017, earning a B.S. in neuroscience and marine science with a minor in chemistry. She has traveled to multiple countries to represent UM as a global ambassador.
