Latest Issue of the University of Miami Medicine Magazine is Now Available

Medicine’s New Frontier is the cover story of the award-winning University of Miami Medicine magazine’s latest issue. Now available digitally, Medicine shows how data-driven discoveries are speeding tomorrow’s treatments to patients today.

Learn how the Miller School of Medicine remains a leader in the rapidly changing field of medicine, through stories about testing therapies on “digital twins” before using them to treat patients; a novel therapeutic approach for HIV-positive cancer patients; and our role in global preparations for the next pandemic.

In Class Acts, eight Miller School students share what drives them to pursue their medical studies and careers. Their accounts of overcoming adversity, finding purpose, and coping with change highlight the many paths that bring our future physicians to the nation’s sixth most diverse medical program.
