December 1 is Extended Deadline for Miami Winter Symposium Abstracts and Fee Waivers

Friday, December 1, is the extended deadline for submission of abstracts and applications for fee waivers for the 2018 Miami Winter Symposium, “Stem Cells – Today’s Research, Tomorrow’s Therapies,” which will be held January 28-31, 2018, at the Hyatt Regency Miami.

• Abstract submissions are welcome for 12 15-minute “Spotlight” talks and a large poster session to supplement the invited program.

• Fee waivers are available for Miller School of Medicine graduate students, postdocs and staff. Preference will be given to poster presenters, one waiver per poster.

The symposium, which is dedicated to all aspects of stem cells, brings together speakers from the leading international stem cell research centers.

The program includes:

• An international lineup of 25 renowned speakers

• Keynote lectures by leaders in stem cell research

• Focused sessions on hot topics in stem cell research

• The opportunity for attendees to present their own research
